Can you be a haddock engineer?
Engineers at haddock are action‑oriented, curious, autonomous, and take full ownership of their work. They are champions of figuring out unknowns, talk to customers, deliver quality work, improve tooling, and are ambitious.
As a Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer, you will be an individual contributor working mostly on the platform roadmap. You will lead technical initiatives that touch every engineer at haddock, be opinionated, pragmatic, and contribute code.
haddock is an AI‑first company; more than 50 % of our infrastructure cost is tied to AI workloads. You will own classic platform work and the cost, performance and reliability of our AI stack, using AI daily for automation, debugging, code, monitoring, and more.
