Danfoss Drives is seeking a senior technical leader to define the direction for a scalable development platform used by more than 500 developers. In a hybrid setup across Graasten, Vaasa, Kolding, or Tampere, you will connect DevOps, data, and AI to improve how embedded software is built, tested, and released at scale.

You will mentor engineers, raise engineering standards, and shape CI/CD and IaC practices while collaborating with distributed teams to drive platform adoption and accelerate
