Job Description

A growing global hedge fund is expanding its Singapore office and hiring a DevOps Engineer to support mission-critical trading, research and risk platforms in a 24/7 environment. The role sits close to the front office and focuses on building scalable, low-latency infrastructure with strong automation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and operate highly available, low-latency cloud and on-prem infrastructure supporting global trading, research and risk platforms

  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code and automation (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, GitLab/Jenkins)

  • Partner closely with developers, quants and SRE teams to improve resilience, observability, security and incident response

  • Drive scalability, performance tuning and cost optimisation across Linux and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
