Play a key role in building scalable systems, driving automation, and ensuring reliability across mission-critical applications.

What You'll Do
Partner with software teams to enhance application reliability, performance, and scalability.
Provide production support (BAU), proactively resolving issues before they affect business operations.
Automate workflows with Python, Unix shell scripting, and AWS Lambda.
Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub on AWS Cloud, following best practices.
Perform database management and queries (Document-Oriented DB experience is a plus).
Configure monitoring solutions (Grafana, PagerDuty) to ensure system health and rapid incident response.
