About the Role:We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep GCP expertise and strong leadership skills. In this role, you'll architect cloud-native infrastructure, lead automation initiatives, and guide DevOps best practices across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on GCP.
- Lead infrastructure design reviews and solution architecture for application hosting.
- Own and evolve CI/CD strategy and IaC practices using Terraform or equivalent.
- Manage Kubernetes (GKE) deployments, autoscaling, and service mesh solutions.
- Drive DevOps culture, lead incident response processes, and manage system reliability.
- Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and support skill development across the team.
- Align infrastructure practices with security, compliance, and cost control policies.
