Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of production infrastructure across multiple AWS regions and environments.
  • Maintain and improve highly available, scalable cloud platforms.
  • Design, manage, and optimise infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
  • Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure, applications, databases, and networking.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as an escalation point for production incidents.
  • Lead root cause analysis, incident resolution, and post-mortem improvements.
  • Work closely with development teams to support and improve backend services.
  • Develop and maintain automation, tooling, and backend code.
  • Improve platform reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
