Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of production infrastructure across multiple AWS regions and environments. Maintain and improve highly available, scalable cloud platforms. Design, manage, and optimise infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure, applications, databases, and networking. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as an escalation point for production incidents. Lead root cause analysis, incident resolution, and post-mortem improvements. Work closely with development teams to support and improve backend services. Develop and maintain automation, tooling, and backend code. Improve platform reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
