EPAM Systems is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer in Bahía Blanca, Argentina. In this role, you will take charge of the automation foundation for the cloud platform and establish standards for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD processes.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience, deep proficiency in Terraform, and a solid background in CI/CD tooling. This role emphasizes turning manual operations into self-service experiences and embedding compliance and quality checks into automation pipelines.
