Agile Coach & Team Facilitator


The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and guiding self-organizing development teams, ensuring Agile principles are adhered to throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Backlog Grooming sessions.
  • Serve as an Agile coach and facilitate team interactions;
  • Mentor team members on Agile values and principles;
  • Establish trackable metrics to measure progress towards goals;
       velocity,
       burndown charts,
       and other relevant data points;
