While most test cases are already automated, orchestration and visibility remain limited, with pipelines hardcoded and monitoring fragmented. The project's goal is to create a centralized CI/CD-driven orchestration pipeline, offering self-service execution, real-time status monitoring, and integrated reporting. This will allow development and QA teams to release firmware and product updates with greater confidence and speed.
