Job Description
Working as a Senior Development Excellence Consultant, you will:
- Implement and enforce Quality Gates based on Pull Request workflows
- Define and standardize quality requirements for code review, test automation, static code analysis (Sonar rules), and architectural/guideline compliance
- Build measurable quality metrics and track process improvements
- Deliver training, workshops, and mentoring sessions to development teams
- Foster an engineering excellence mindset across teams
- Support adoption of best practices in daily software development processes
- Design and implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approaches at the organizational level
