  • As the Senior developer, you will be responsible for creating and managing UKG Pro WFM integrations using Dell Boomi, Creating custom reports, and universal device management.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve kick-outs and data issues with all integrations Update and build integrations, using UKG’s Integration Designer tools (Boomi and WIM), to send and receive data to/from other applications, frequently requiring complex formulas.
  • Collaborate with Kronos Systems Analysts and business team on updates to integrations and reports to support configuration enhancements.
  • Configure, troubleshoot and monitor UKG InTouch clocks (Intouch, Intouch DX) Provide support to other teams wishing to send or receive data via Pro WFM APIs You will be part of the team to provide technical support to migrate from WFC (Workforce Central) to UKG Pro WFM
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
