Senior Development Accountant

THE OPPORTUNITY 

Working closely with the Senior Finance Manager, Development, this role partners with the development team to deliver accurate and timely financial outcomes. As Senior Development Accountant you will be responsible for month‑end processes, development project costing, management reporting, and financial analysis, including monthly and quarterly reporting and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities will include; 

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reporting, and quarterly reporting packs.
• Deliver monthly management reporting, including management packs, detailed cost reports, project‑level financial analysis, and development cost schedules.
• Reconcile project cost reports to approved project feasibilities, identifying and explaining variances and risks.
