Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications — Visualforce pages, Apex classes and triggers, Salesforce Flows, and SOQL-driven data logic — supporting client entitlement, Code Redemption, Knowledge Article management, and Case Management workflows.Develop and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Database backends, ensuring reliable, performant data exchange across enterprise systems.Write optimized SOQL and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL queries to support reporting, data migration, and integration use cases across the Service portfolio.Design and implement Knowledge Article structures and Case Management configurations to improve support workflows and self-service resolution rates.Apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality solutions — from requirements analysis and design through testing, deployment, and production support.Troublesh...
