Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our Information Technology team, based at our Head Office in Belmont. This role will see you working within a team of highly skilled developers who collectively take ownership of NRW’s enterprise-grade business applications that support critical functions including project management, cost control, production data capture, workforce management, and engineering document control.

As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, enhancing, and scaling complex applications across desktop, web, mobile, and integration platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure systems are secure, reliable, and fit for purpose.
