Job Description

As our Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will be the go-to technical expert for ITBM/SPM modules, responsible for end-to-end development and ensuring seamless platform performance. This is a hybrid role aligned with Singapore shift hours, based at UPA J Building, QC.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (SPM/ITBM).
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure ServiceNow solutions follow best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain ServiceNow applications for peak performance.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience.
ServiceNow Lead experience in at least one of the following modules: ITBM/SPM, ITOM/ITAM, IRM, or ITSM.
Minimum 5 years of recent, solid development experience in ServiceNow.
