Responsibilities

• Supporting & maintaining a wide range of personal computers and related business devices such as printers, fax machines, videoconferencing equipment, peripherals, and email systems found throughout the hospital.
• Working with external partners and vendors.
• Leading investigations; performing root‑cause analysis on IT problems; providing solutions using specific product knowledge, system utilities, and operating environment.
• Identifying and assisting in the resolution of application issues.
• Gaining a working knowledge of all applications within your portfolio.
• Developing, recommending, and implementing best practices wherever possible and appropriate.
