About the Opportunity

As a Senior Desktop Support Specialist, your role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the branch’s IT infrastructure, supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers, and network systems. You’ll play a key role in onboarding and offboarding users, maintaining hardware and software, and supporting technology resilience planning.

You will work closely with colleagues in the local IT team and infrastructure group to ensure systems run smoothly.
