Job Title: Senior Desktop Engineer
Location: Andheri Office
Department: IT Infra
Reporting To: Infra IT Lead
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install and configure Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365
• Provide advanced (L2/L3) troubleshooting for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Laptop and Desktop deployment, migration, and upgrades.
• OS upgrades, patch management, and security hardening.
• Manage Windows 10/11
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policies.
• Manage endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, Manage Engine, etc.).
• Monitor endpoint security (antivirus, EDR, DLP solutions).
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty management, and escalations.
