Job Title: Senior Desktop Engineer

Location: Andheri Office

Department: IT Infra

Reporting To: Infra IT Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install and configure Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365
  • • Provide advanced (L2/L3) troubleshooting for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
  • • Laptop and Desktop deployment, migration, and upgrades.
  • • OS upgrades, patch management, and security hardening.
  • • Manage Windows 10/11
  • • Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policies.
