Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve tier 3 support requests while monitoring endpoint fleets
• Package and deliver custom applications and updates
• Create and test Intune and Group Policy Objects
• Maintain Intune Compliance policies effectively
• Provide proactive management of MECM and Intune services
