Summary:

ADT is seeking a Sr. Designer UX/UI to create intuitive, customer-centered digital experiences across , acquisition funnels, shopping experiences, onboarding, and customer lifecycle journeys. The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking, visual design excellence, and a passion for solving complex customer problems. This role partners closely with Marketing, Brand, Content, SEO, Analytics, and Engineering teams to transform business objectives and customer needs into effective digital solutions. The Senior UX/UI Designer will contribute to the evolution of ADT's digital experience ecosystem through user-centered design, prototyping, experimentation, design systems, and continuous optimization.
