Senior Designer

We are seeking a Fashion Designer to join a fast-growing women’s apparel brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and creative designer to contribute to seasonal collections and be part of a collaborative team within a brand that is gaining strong momentum in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Design Director and participate in concept development meetings for seasonal collections.
• Develop and propose seasonal color palettes, silhouettes, and design directions aligned with brand vision.
• Create detailed technical sketches and complete tech packs for sampling and production.
• Participate in fabric sourcing, development of new textiles, and print creation or recoloration.
• Communicate daily with overseas factories to manage product development and follow up on sampling timelines.
