We are looking for a Micro Controller Design Leader to drive a team towards end-to-end development of microcontrollers. This role combines technical leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead controller integration and build a team for product execution.Drive architecture, micro-architecture, and design requirements.Collaborate with IP, technology, packaging, and global cross-functional teams.Drive RTL design, power-aware architecture (UPF), performance optimization, and synthesis.Own and guide synthesis, timing constraint development, and logic equivalence checking.Collaborate closely with the physical design team through PnR, timing closure, and signoff (DRC/LVS/IR).Ensure CDC, DFT, and low-power design practices are integrated into the flow from early design stages.Act as a technical liaison between RTL, physical design, veri...
