Job Description
Take charge as the Senior Manager of Demand Planning at Silk & Snow, driving strategy across retail and DTC channels in Canada and the US. Reporting to the COO, you'll lead a team focused on forecasting and inventory.
As a key player in the Sleep Country ecosystem, you'll own the demand forecasting for multiple channels and collaborate extensively with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Your leadership will ensure a seamless supply plan that balances service levels with financial efficiency, contributing to our solid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own 12-18 month demand forecast for retail, wholesale, and DTC
• Collaborate with teams on promotional planning and lifecycle decisions
• Set inventory targets and lead time assumptions across channels
• Oversee end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) process
• Drive KPI scorecard focusing on forecast accuracy and inventory health
