Job Description
To support the Manager in managing and co-ordinating the activities of our supply chain and its partners, optimising the Company’s efficiency and working capital whilst maintaining the service levels demanded by our customers.
Drive the monthly S&OP cycle and forecast review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.Develop and maintain a 12-month rolling demand forecast by incorporating market intelligence such as promotions, product launches, phase-in/phase-out plans, discontinuations, seasonality and other commercial activities.Review, validate and challenge demand assumptions from stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and minimise bias.Translate the approved demand plan into a supply plan to support timely order placement with Brand Partners.Balance demand and supply requirements across omni-channels, ensuring optimal stock allocation and rebalancing when necessary.Reconcile supply plans against demand plans and proactive...
