Senior Demand Generation Manager

About the Role

As our Senior Demand Generation Manager , you will lead the strategy and execution behind programs that drive our sales pipeline. This is an opportunity to build and run a multi-channel demand generation function, directly impacting Neon One's growth and our mission to help nonprofits grow. You will have the autonomy to test, innovate, and optimize how we attract and convert new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly build, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and experimentation.
• Monitor and optimize CPL, pipeline contribution, and cost per opportunity.
• Develop campaign strategies and briefs that align cross-functional teams around target audiences, messaging, channel mix, deliverables, and KPIs needed to drive growth for priority products.
