We have an opening for a Senior Delivery Manager – Leasing Services .

Responsibilities

• Ensure visibility on delivery progress, alignment on priorities, and support Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ways of working
• Monitor team capacity and support optimal resource allocation
• Support ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Level Management)
• Coordinate delivery with offshore/nearshore partners and ensure KPIs/SLA adherence
• Align with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Platform, and Engineering
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Maintain reporting cadence covering KPIs, SLAs, risks, progress, and budget status
• Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
