This role is for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a strategic, automation-first mindset. You will be responsible for the MongoDB infrastructure that powers our RCX loyalty platform, serving enterprise clients where high performance and high availability are non-negotiable.



About the Role

We need a professional who identifies operational patterns, builds automation to eliminate repetitive work, proactively monitors database health against business SLAs, and thinks ahead to ensure our platform can scale for future growth.
