About The Team The Conversion and Core Modeling team builds the decision systems that connect customers with agents across Zillow’s marketplace. The team partners closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Applied Science to improve routing and allocation systems that drive marketplace performance, with a strong focus on transparency, fairness, and measurable business impact. About The Role As a Senior Data Scientist, you will build and scale machine learning and decision systems that help match Zillow customers with trusted partners in our marketplace.
