We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our team and lead efforts in optimizing driver pay. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to analyze driver performance data, design incentive programs, and develop predictive models to maximize earnings while maintaining cost-efficiency and ensuring timely deliveries.

You will be part of an established team of data scientists with experience in these areas, and work closely with multiple teams, from product to tech. teams, collaborating and building the next generation of algorithms that will scale our business.
