Key Responsibilities and Duties


  1. Strategic Leadership & Framework Development (50%)

  2. Establish Data Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously refine the agency's proprietary data and research methodologies, ensuring alignment with cutting-edge PR and marketing trends.

  3. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, train, and mentor the junior Data Analyst team, overseeing their output quality, data integrity, and professional development.
  4. Data Governance & Infrastructure: Define and enforce standards for data collection, cleaning, security, and storage across all research projects and client accounts.

  5. Tool Evaluation: Proactively research, evaluate, and recommend new data collection, analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., social listening, media monitoring platforms) to enhance the agency's capabilities.
