Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the data platform roadmap aligned with the PETI and strategic priorities
• Prioritize and manage the backlog of data, analytics, and AI initiatives
• Coordinate alignment with business areas, cooperatives, and technical teams
• Support the evolution of the Gold Layer and initiatives linked to PACTO
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure continuous value delivery through data products
• Monitor performance and adoption metrics of the solutions
• Work alongside engineering, architecture, and data teams to execute deliveries
• Identify opportunities to use data and AI to generate value
• Support cooperatives in advancing their use of data
• Structure business cases and support data-driven decision making
