Our client is a forward thinking technology organisation based in Bern, operating at the intersection of advanced data platforms and Distributed Ledger Technology DLT. To strengthen their data team, they are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in data ingestion and Fivetran.
This is a hybrid position offering flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with on site teams.
The Role
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will take ownership of the ingestion layer of a modern cloud data platform. You will design and scale pipelines across traditional enterprise systems and DLT based sources, ensuring reliability, performance and strong data governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and design the end to end data ingestion architecture
- Build, optimise and monitor ingestion pipelines using Fivetran and custom integrations
- Integrate DLT and blockchain based data sources into cloud data warehouses
