Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in Snowflake and dbt. You will build, improve, and maintain scalable data platforms for analytics.

This role requires strong SQL skills, data modeling knowledge, and experience with ELT pipelines. You should also understand how to manage costs in cloud data warehouses.

You should be proactive, take full ownership of issues, and communicate well with teams across Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data models in Snowflake for analytics use

• Build and manage dbt projects (preferably dbt Cloud), including:

• Reusable data models

• Tests and documentation
• Cost-efficient transformations
• Develop ELT pipelines using Snowflake best practices

• Apply data modeling techniques such as:

• 3NF

• Data Vault
• Star schema
• Set up and manage CI/CD for dbt (testing, ...
