Are you a passionate about creating scalable services? We're seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our Customer Success and Support Data Engineering team. In this role, you'll construct top-tier data solutions and applications vital for organizational decision-making.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with reviewing incoming support tickets and minimal ticket interactions, with guidance from the existing team
  • Develop datamarts, and separate data models for analytic purposes, working in sprints, and accommodate requirements from Data Scientists by end of each quarter
  • Handle ad-hoc requests (on-call support expected)
  • Construct ingestion pipelines (minor part of the job)
  • Create clear, helpful documentation to enable both technical and non-technical users to utilize the information you provide
