JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Supervised and manage junior data encoder to ensure productivity and accuracy of targets that needs to met.
• Assign daily encoding task and balance workloads across the team, updating the existing records
• Monitor individual and team performance including ; attendance, turnaround time, and filing documents for easy retrieval.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to encoders communicating with supervisors or other departments to clarify data inconsistencies.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, or process issues.
• Data analytics including development and maintenance of databases

Job Requirements:

• Degree in BSBA in Business Analytics/Technology/Computer Applications, Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any equivalent/related course
