Nebius is seeking a Senior Data Center IT technician in Finland to troubleshoot and resolve server hardware and firmware issues. You will operate at the intersection of multiple technical domains, owning hardware problem management and collaborating with R&D and vendors to optimize designs and RMAs.

This role emphasizes proactive ownership, detailed documentation, and contributing to data center projects that improve performance and reliability across our AI cloud infrastructure.
