Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will supporting the infotainment and navigation team at an automotive OEM located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities
 Analyzes large datasets from connected vehicles, specifically focusing on in-car entertainment, navigation, connectivity, and user experience. The goal of the analysis is to identify software improvements that improve user satisfaction, optimize system performance, and drive engagement with digital services.
 Analytics & Insight Generation: Analyze user interaction data from in-car infotainment systems (eg: touch screen usage, voice command effectiveness, media consumption) to identify trends and usability pain points
 KPI Development & Monitoring: Define, create, and maintain key performance indicators and dashboards to track the health and usage of infotainment features
