Key Responsibilities:
Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data from various sources to support strategic business decisions.
Develop and oversee databases, data systems, and data collection processes.
Interpret data, analyse results using advanced statistical techniques, and provide comprehensive reports.
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Collaborate with senior management to prioritize business and information needs.
Define new process improvement opportunities and lead their implementation.
Mentor and guide junior data analysts and other team members.
Work closely with IT and business teams to implement data-driven solutions. Qualifications:
