Senior Data Analyst – Player Performance & Scouting

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a professional football operation in Bogotá, Colombia. This role sits within the sporting side of the organization and will work closely with the Technical Director, coaching staff, and recruitment team to deliver actionable insights that support player performance, match preparation, and scouting decisions.

This is an on-site position based in Bogotá (Zona T / Calle 85 area), Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Support coaching staff with pre‑match and post‑match analysis
• Build reports and dashboards related to team and player performance
• Analyze event and performance data to identify trends and insights
• Contribute to opposition analysis and player scouting processes
• Maintain databases and reporting workflows for football operations
