Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with hands‑on experience building a practical customer “golden record.” You’ll work with business and technical teams to define data standards and match/merge (survivorship) rules that improve quality and consistency across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Run structured discovery sessions with business SMEs to understand how customer/client data is created, used, and interpreted.
• Define a practical target structure for the golden record.
• Document data standards and rules (required fields, acceptable values, validation logic, edge cases).
• Perform gap analysis across source systems to identify completeness/quality issues and inconsistencies.
• Design and support match/merge e.g. matching on name + DOB with fallbacks, and conflict resolution across systems.
• Partner with data/CRM teams to validate rules, test outcomes, and iterate based on findings.
