Responsibilities

  • Work as a Microsoft Dynamics (Sales, Customer Service & Contact Center, Marketing, Field Service) and Microsoft Power Platform Functional Expert designing and implementing solutions on various customer projects.
  • Cover the entire life cycle of challenging CRM projects: from pre‑sales to requirement analysis, solution design, construction, deployment and operations.
