Job Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customs and international trade compliance

  • Ensure adherence to trade regulations, tariffs, and customs programs

  • Determine accurate HS classifications and verify tariff treatments (B3 level)

  • Advise on customs strategies for temporary and permanent shipments

  • Support USMCA/CUSMA compliance, rules of origin, and Certificates of Origin

  • Provide guidance on duties, drawbacks, audits, and recordkeeping

  • Partner with logistics, legal, and trade teams on complex customs matters

  • Monitor regulatory changes and report compliance risks



  • What you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in customs or trade compliance

  • CCS, Licensed Customs Broker, or equivalent certification

  • Strong knowledge of HS classification, FTAs, Incoterms, and customs regulations
