Job Description
Nasdaq seeks a Senior Customer Support / Operations Analyst (AxiomSL) in Mexico City with a hybrid work setup (in-office at least three days a week). You will resolve complex technical and functional client issues and ensure maximum value from the AxiomSL platform.
You will own end-to-end issue resolution, troubleshoot architecture, databases, OS, and cloud components, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve processes and SLAs.
