#CareersThatKickSaas! TrueContext is looking for a personable and outgoing Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join a critical client-facing team in Ottawa. You will be charged with delivering customer advocacy support and account management for your named book of business of Enterprise customers. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure that TrueContext customers utilize best practices to achieve optimal value & usage from our platform solution, ensuring we capture the customer’s renewal and expand their footprint within our forms’ automation solution & leading workflow management app.
