Job Overview

Customer Solutions team is hiring a senior engineer to support the Capacity Management Department, focusing on evaluating customer service requests and determining facility requirements for connections across NGTL, Foothills, ATCO, and Mainline pipeline systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the resolution of day‑to‑day technical issues within the Customer Solutions scope, escalating as required.
  • Complete and review Customer Solutions technical deliverables (such as customer requests for incremental gas flow, hydraulic simulations, economic evaluations, regulatory support), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established processes and guidelines.
  • Independently complete more complex analysis and project work, including hydraulic modeling, facility assessments, and evaluation of customer requests.
