What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • DSE or above

  • Have had prior work experience gained in customer service, hospitality, membership, retail brand or property management industry

  • Proactive, Independent and able to work under pressure

  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Provide premium customer services and handle customers' enquiries & complaints

  • Support daily operations such as promotions, exhibition, events, etc

  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned
