Job Overview:

To minimize customer voice with all the ensure containment is managed while on-going corrective actions are implemented.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product's quality.

  2. Train and guide quality management team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.

  3. Drive operation group with following KPI through weekly meeting (KPI consists of CAR, Preaudit, MRB)

  4. Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customer's specifications and requirements

  5. Creating new policies or procedures to improve efficiency in an organization's operations

  6. Drive for quality continuous improvement project for e.g.: minimize manual touch point, automation, E-System (eliminate manual recording)
