Job Description
Napier City Council is seeking a Customer Experience & Resolutions Lead in Napier. This fixed-term role runs to 30 June 2027, supporting Water Services transition to Water Hawke’s Bay and leading customer resolutions, service requests and information across Water Services.
You will provide senior operational support to the Manager Customer Experience, drive improvements, and ensure professional, timely customer service while building community trust.
